Begin your 4-course Winter Wild Game Dinner with a one hour open bar including passed hors d’oeuvres created from a variety of wild game.
Next, enjoy an appetizer of Quail over wild rice and braised greens followed by a delicious house green salad with wild game garnish.
Then savor Chef Gregory’s unique Wild Game Trio entrée combining Venison, Buffalo and Elk.
Complete your Winter Wild Game feast with a decadent Chocolate Mousse dessert.
Then, when all meals are completed, enjoy ports and cognacs while sampling three premium cigars.
All for only $65.00 per person plus tax and service charge.
