Whatta busy week! Special Thanks and HUGE KUDOS to Joe Carrick, John Gaudet & Walter Pelligrini aka Second Hand Smoke for playing their first gig for the Wounded Warriors at Camp Adventure on Burden Lake. It was a great event and they made the BBQ a lot of fun by sitting around the campfire and playing songs for all the staff, wounded warriors and their families. I am so thankful for the friends I have made at the store!
Today we are trackside at the Spa as we host the Habanajama. It is the 5th race and you can see me (along with my buddy Ted & my son Sam) hand out the trophy to the winner! If you’re heading up to the track today, stop by the stores to get a $2 off coupon for admission.
Tomorrow (Tuesday), I will be taping the radio show at the Grey Gelding in Saratoga. If you want to come up and watch us tape, we will be there from 11:30 – 12:30pm.
I couldn’t make the pipe club clam steam (I volunteered for the Wounded Warriors) but from Russ’ report it was a blast! It was held at Lanthiers Grove and was very well attended! As usual the guys from Westchester came up too..thanks to all who attended! We’ll be posting pictures from the event soon.
